Here are the important dates:

Now:             Sign up by paying the $30 participation fee.

Start to plan your groups and locations.

March 3:      Last day to sign up and pay $30 participation fee!!! – we need two months to create all the printed materials and get out the publicity!

Send promotional photos to Beth McNulty,

March 10:     Deadline for group formation. You must have the group members’ names and the location address to us to be included on the Pottery Tour flier/poster.

Last day to submit promotional photos to Beth McNulty

*NOTE: Each participant is their own cashier. You will collect the money from your sales and should have an electronic option, like “Square”. We will send specific information about sales tax when you sign up.

At the end of April each group will get:

*Copies of the Pottery Tour flier/poster

*Nametags for each potter

*Directional Road Signs – 6 per location

*Shopper sign-up sheets to collect email addresses for future sale notifications.
